This role is accountable for:

  • Analyzing business needs and proposing solutions in coordination with the sales team
  • Translating the solution into a work plan with detailed requirement specifications that can be understood by the business and are executable by technical resources
  • Ensuring delivery of the business solution on-time and within budget
  • Establishing and using a project management methodology for working multiple projects concurrently within established timeframes
  • Understanding and applying change management principles throughout the client engagement
  • Initiating proactive communications, written and oral to all levels of management, clients and sponsors with little or no supervision
  • Understanding and calculate financial impacts of projects and initiatives to minimize risk

Qualifications include:

  • Technical aptitude and continued interest in learning new technology strategies for the benefit of our company and clients
  • Interpersonal skills, professional conduct and communication skills to effectively gather data, ask questions and discuss problems with internal personnel, external vendors and clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate technical and non-technical information to all levels within the organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in IS or related equivalent work experience in an Information Systems position
  • 5 or more years work experience in business analysis and/or project management
  • Experience in Voice and Data applications, Networking Technologies, and other related technologies.
