Michael Minnich
CEO
As NetGain’s CEO, Michael Minnich is responsible for setting strategy and vision to always position our company at a competitive advantage and building culture by consistently communicating the importance of outstanding client service and the company’s purpose, values, and direction. He also directs the allocation of capital and assists in raising capital for company innovation, growth and operations. His expertise lies in vision and strategy development, performance benchmarking, mergers and acquisitions, and franchising. He holds a B.A. from Wittenberg University as well as a J.D. from The Michael E. Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio. He brings 16 years of IT industry experience to our team, and in his time away from the office enjoys Formula One racing, acoustical guitar, writing fiction and combat handgunning.
Kelly Jones
President and COO
As NetGain’s President and COO, Kelly Jones brings 18 years of industry experience to our team and is responsible for attaining the company’s mission and business goals, through execution of all financial and operational strategies. Kelly is also accountable for delivering results through team recruitment, direction and encouragement, client contact, and community involvement. With degrees including a B.A. from Ashland University in Public Communications and Journalism and an M.A. from Wright State University in Organizational Communications, as well as extensive work history as a consultant, VP and PR manager, Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to NetGain.
Luke Skidmore
vCIO
Luke Skidmore becomes the virtual Chief Information Officer for our managed IT services clients. He provides strategic IT vision and leadership to enable our clients to reach their organization goals by transforming IT into an intentional enabler, instead of merely a cost center. He specializes in network design, security and optimization, with extensive experience in the healthcare, higher education, local government and utility industries. With 16 years of industry experience and numerous technical certifications with world leaders in IT, Luke is the IT expert our clients rely on to help them get the most out of their technology investments. Luke lives in Bellefontaine, Ohio with his wife Sarah and two sons, Isaac and Seth. When he is not working at NetGain, he enjoys traveling, target shooting as well as working with various ministries including RushChurch and Active Christians Today, a campus ministry in North West Ohio.
Art Rogers
Controller
Art Rogers holds a B.S. in Accounting from The Ohio State University, and is responsible for NetGain’s Accounting and Analysis Functions. He has previous experience as a Controller for Sypris Technologies and ArvinMeritor, and now brings his expertise to our team.
Brian Morgan
Infrastructure Practice Leader
As our Infrastructure Practice Leader, Brian Morgan specializes in overall project implementations and is an expert in network design and troubleshooting. He studied Computer Engineering at the University of Cincinnati and is a Cisco Certified Security Professional. Brian brings over 13 years of IT industry experience to our team, as a former Research and Development Engineer for SDRC. When he’s not working on networks and IT infrastructures, Brian likes to travel, bicycle and spend time outdoors. He splits his time between hiking around Ohio to traveling out to the North West Coast to enjoy the mountains.
James Lange
Client Education / Preventative Maintenance
James Lange acts as NetGain’s client liaison for technical education and preventative maintenance of their technology environments. He attended Ohio State University and has former experience as a Services Manager, vCIO, and Client Services Manager, with added expertise in Cabling Services. He holds certifications with MSP & Cisco Express Foundation for Account Managers, and brings more than 30 years of industry experience to our company.
Chris Gologanoff
Business Development Manager
Chris Gologanoff holds a B.S. in finance from Wright State University and is a Cisco Advanced Unified Communications Specialist, Cisco Sales Expert, Microsoft Sales Certified, HP PSG and ISS Sales Certified. Chris has former experience as a Senior Account Manager for CDW, and now brings five years of IT sales experience to NetGain.
Jesse Carnahan
Systems Administrator
Jesse Carnahan specializes in a wide range of services for NetGain, including but not limited to managing and maintaining our support and systems monitoring tool, the installation, implementation and maintenance of new and current servers, as well as the installation, implementation and maintenance of Microsoft Exchange email systems. He holds an Associate’s degree in Applied Science, with a major in Computer Network Engineering. Jesse is a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, a Microsoft Certified IT Professional and brings five years of experience to our team.
Kyle Krisher
Desktop / Network Technician
Kyle Krisher specializes in desktop and network support for NetGain, and holds an Associates of Applied Sciences in Information Technology. He also holds numerous technical certifications, including A+, Network+, SonicWALL Administrator and CCNA, bringing four years of industry experience to our team.
Meghan Williams
Services Coordinator
Meghan Williams is the primary contact for our clients’ service requests and is responsible for maximizing our technical staff utilization and triaging our incoming service requests. She earned a B.S. in Computer Science, Business Systems Specialization from Bowling Green State University and has been with NetGain since 2006. Meghan’s hobbies enjoy scrapbooking and running.
Rob Strayer
Voice Engineer
As NetGain’s Voice Engineer, Rob Strayer specializes in the design, configuration, implementation and support of voice, video and data networks ranging from five to 3,000 devices. He also creates and maintains detailed network diagrams and is responsible for the documentation and archiving of current and previous device configurations. With a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Wright State University, eight years of IT industry experience and certifications including CCVP, CCNA Route/Switch, IP Communications Express Specialist and MCP, Rob is the technical expert our clients depend on for voice solutions.
Vernon Schurter
Desktop Technician
As our Desktop Technician, Vern Schurter’s main responsibility is staffing the Help Desk at the NOC, as well as some field work. He holds a BA from Ambassador University, Pasadena CA and holds numerous technical certifications including A+, as well as various HP, DELL, & IBM printers, servers, and workstations, and some Apple Macs certifications. Vern brings 19 years of IT industry experience to NetGain, and has extensive work history in Tech Support, Computer Engineering, QC and Service Delivery. Vern’s desire to help people extends beyond computers. He is a volunteer on the local EMS squad and is also a certified CPR/BLS Instructor.
